BOOKING DETAILS
Events must be hosted in public venues (such as churches, coffee shops, community centers, party venues or recreation centers).
Minimum $250 – Includes 10 guests –due 2 weeks before session to reserve the date.
Up to 15 additional guests may be added for $25 each; Must be paid no later than 2 days before session.
Host is responsible for collecting all payments and submit them via Zelle or Cashapp.

Mondays & Saturdays between 10am – 2pm
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
NO FULL or PARTIAL REFUNDS are available under any circumstances
All sales are final. Prepaid canvases for ‘no-show’ guests will be left with the host for pickup.
Reschedules are only permitted up to 3 days prior to the booking date. Newly requested date must be within a 2-month period.
We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule sessions due to emergencies or severe weather conditions.
To maintain a respectful and positive environment, we reserve the right to end a session due to inappropriate behavior. No reschedule will be offered in these situations.

8 x 10 pre-drawn canvas
Paint supplies & aprons are provided for use

SET – UP
Indoor setup only
Hosts are responsible for tables /chairs set-up before our arrival. Long tables are preferred, but not mandatory.
Disposable tablecloths are included, but you may provide your own preferred color or style *Please note that we are not liable for paint splatter or accidental staining of clothing, flooring, or furniture.
To help create an enjoyable painting experience for all guests, we recommend arranging childcare. If small children must attend, please ensure they are supervised at all times to avoid accidents and disruptions to your spiritual experience.
Worship music is provided, but hosts are welcome to use their own faith-based playlist if preferred.
PUNCTUALITY
Session begins promptly as scheduled. Please insure guests arrive on time
LATE-ARRIVALS – Will not be given individual instruction to catch-up, as we are in a scheduled timeframe.
NO-SHOWS – Will not receive a refund, but can have their pre–paid canvas.
SNACKS & REFRESHMENTS
Hosts/guests are welcome to enjoy food and drinks during the session; however to complete the devotional & painting within the allotted time, session will continue as scheduled.
For the safety of the guests and to preserve the devotional focus of the gathering, we recommend that no alcohol be served during the event.
